The last couple weeks, I've been surprised to learn that many of my friends are unfamiliar with some of the terrific "TV" on the interwebs. I was exposing many people to Dr. Horrible's Singalong Blog via iTunes, and many were unfamiliar with some of the fine podcasts out there.
These are shows that I subscribe to as video podcasts:
Irregular Schedule:
Ask A Ninja - A guy in a ninja suit answers viewer mail. If you haven't seen, you're a bit on the internet-illiterate side. :)
The Guild - a World of Warcraft guild meets in real life. Hillarity ensues. Dr. Horrible fans will recognize Felicia Day.
Tiki Bar TV "Forbidden Cocktails in a Swank Pad" - "Educational" program features a cocktail recipe...
Sessler's Soapbox Video Podcast - Adam Sessler, one of the top game industry journalists, rants, cheers, and carries on for 3 to 5 minutes.
Weekly podcasts:
diggnation - The guys behind the social news site, digg.com go over the week's top stories and drink beer. I listen as an audio podcast. Averages about 45 minutes
TWiT - This Week in Tech MP3 edition. Leo Laporte and assorted tech luminaries talk about tech news for two hours.
Daily podcasts:
Geekbrief - "Shiny, Happy Tech News" hosted by Cali Lewis. 5 minutes of tech news in video format.
Webb Alert - Morgan Webb runs down the day's tech, entertainment, and gaming news.
LonADay is the online observations and reporting of Lon Koenig, Director of Lon Koenig Productions. Lon's alter ego, "Schnoggo" creates games, game extensions and contributes to game fan sites.

io9's Comic-Con coverage of Dr. Horrible panel
Most complete report of the panel I've found.
Quotes, pictures, and even a short video of fans dressed as Captain Hammer and Dr. Horrible.

More Dr. Horrible News (ABC's The View)
Was working from home this AM and happened to have the TV on The View.
NPH got to play a clip from Dr. Horrible's Singalong Blog!
And actual news: he stated that one of the DVD commentary tracks would be in musical form.
Neil Patrick Harris also mentioned that Dr. Horrible's Singalong Blog was shot in 6 days. That's pretty crazy.
